SPRINTWORKS

It takes no agency to create great things in a short time.

The best solutions for many tasks come in SPRINTS.

Why

SPRI

NTWORKS

A sprint means working together in a tight time frame to solve a clearly defined task from start to finish. For us this format has proven to be the most productive in recent years.

It doesn’t take a lot to do sprint sucessfuly: Just intensive work. Direct feedback. Clear decisions. Everyone involved has the same level of knowledge. All decision-makers on board. A large portion of adrenalin as a magic sauce.

This is how you achieve strong results very quickly.

Afterwards, you're proud of what you've achieved. And sometimes a little out of breath. But that's just what happens when you're sprinting.

How SPRINTWORKS

The ingredients to achieve great results are just as simple as the working method:

  • A clear brief that everyone involved has agreed on.

  • Clients that can make decisions in every phase of the sprint and thus set the direction.

  • A hand-picked team for the task with the right expertise

  • A structured approach in which everyone involved provides their input exactly on schedule:

Planning must be aligned by time X, otherwise the sprint won't go any further. Creative ideation must be aligned by time Y, otherwise the sprint won't go any further. Feedback must be aligned by time Z, otherwise - well you know by now.

Sounds simple? It is, if everyone sticks to the rules of the game.

SPRINTWORKS
for many

Tasks we solve in a sprint.

  • Brand positioning & Brand Strategy

  • Communication Strategy

  • Cultural safaris identifying national or regional differences that impact brand success.

  • Purpose development

  • Campaigns

  • Product and Service Ideations

  • Customer Experiences

  • Media Strategy

We also offer sprint training for agencies and companies - helping them to sprint for themselves, so to speak.

Clients we like to sprint for.

  • Brands that want to achieve results faster than with a normal agency set-up

  • Start-ups that want to make rapid progress in the German market.

  • VCs wanting to push their ventures in the area of brand and communication

  • Agencies that want to outsource entire projects

Back Market

Back Market is Europes’ number 1 brand for refurbished tech. They also want to become THE brand in the refurbished sector in Germany.

The main aim of the campaign is to dispel the doubts of critical German consumers when it comes to buying second-hand and quality issues. And to position Back Market as a future-orientated offer of the circular economy.

Fiverr

Fiverr - the israeli start-up and largest freelance platform in the world - has been looking for new growth opportunities in the German market. Together with Google Israel, we carried out a positioning workshop in Tel Aviv. The big realisation: Fiverr must convince SMEs “The German Mittelstand” to rely more on freelancers. A special campaign was developed from this and produced locally in Germany. Fun fact: Israelis and Germans both consider themselves world champions in complaining. What a match.

Fiverr is connecting freelancers and work opportunities matching a perfectly qualified candidate for any position and skill (except CEOs). So tycoons of all industries don’t have to put their companies in the hands of their dysfunctional kids anymore.

This is already the second collaboration between Fiverr and Sprintworks. Together we want the German Mittelstand to learn more about the unlimited possibilities that Fiverr offers when it comes to finding the right talent. The campaigns developed and produced for the German market are a huge success increasing brand awareness as well as consideration and website visits.

yfood.

The way yfood fills you up is very unique as it only takes 5 seconds to go from hungry to happy. This is an almost unrealistic accomplishment and we wanted to create a special world to illustrate this.

People enter this chilled peacefull and relaxed yfood world all stressed and hungry. In no time and with the special care of yfood creatures they are fed, happy and on their way.

We created the campaign platform, designed the world, wrote the skripts as well as the new tagline “Füll Dich gut”.

yfood is a new kind of food giving you a whole meal in one bottle. It makes your hunger disappear for at least 4 hours and it comes in many delicious flavors.

The product was successfully launched all over Europe. Together with the inhouse creative team Sprimtworks was asked to develop a new postioning that communicates the product beyond pure functionality.

BackMarket
Number Crunching

A Europe wide research analysed for the first time how many resources are really needed to produce new mobile phones. The outcome: Impressive big numbers!

And a simple solution: With every purchase from Back Market you can really do something for the environment saving a lot of raw materials and, above all, water. We turned the most striking research results into a poster campaign.

Back Market Mural

From the same research we developed a very large OOH idea featuring politically incorrect new phones that are wasting valuable ressources. We turned all of this fun into a large mural in the London East End. Doing something for the environment doesn’t have to be serious.

We make SPRINTWORKS

Sprintworks covers the most important areas of strategy, creation and media. The three of us have known each other for a long time and have worked very well together over many sprints on both the agency and client side. We love this way of working, the energy it generates and are always amazed of the great results. Depending on the task, we expand the team to include the right experts such as channel planners, campaign and social creatives, UX developers and, of course, project managers.

Timm Weber makes creative work

Timm has managed and moderated creative developments as a CD for many years, most recently as CCO of Publicis Pixelpark. Most of his many award-winning works were created in this way. He has tried out a wide variety of formats and continued to refine his own version of the sprint. One thing has become particularly clear to him: As a moderator and sprint host, he makes sure that everyone involved has fun. Because that's the only way something good can come out of the process

Chris Lea makes media work

Chris has been developing content and media strategies for internationally successful companies for many years. He has worked on the agency, client and publisher side. Most recently as Managing Partner Strategy, Insights & Analytics at Initiative. Chris likes to sprint because the best results are achieved when a small group of people work together intensively for a limited period of time - namely when pitching for new clients. So why not make the exception the standard and always get the best for his clients?
